It was something he thought, for whatever reason, he could get away with. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But he didn\u2019t. He protested it was the Government\u2019s fault or anyone else\u2019s fault. You could have spent that money so much better.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think that will cost him.
