Construction consultancy Pulse Consult has strengthened its Birmingham leadership team with the promotion of Jason Fretter to director and the appointment of Kristen Chadband as associate director.<\/p>\n
Based at the firm\u2019s Birmingham office, Jason brings more than 35 years\u2019 experience across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and heritage projects, and will focus on developing the company\u2019s regional delivery team.<\/p>\n
