The siblings, who are Mark Phillips&#8217; two older children from his marriage to Princess Anne, are known to have grown up close to Stephanie Phillips, who was born in October 1997.<\/p>\n<p>Stephanie, now aged 28, is also known to have grown up on Gatscombe Park &#8211; which is where both Peter and Zara still live with their own families.
