Nestled in the heart of Cains Brewery Village in Liverpool\u2019s vibrant Baltic Triangle is a private stay that has been selling out for weeks. Just moments from popular spots including BOXPARK, Baltic Market, Content and Red Brick Market, guests will find The Baltic Cabin and Caravan.<\/a><\/p>\n

Located at the centre of one of Liverpool\u2019s busiest entertainment hubs, both stays offer visitors the chance to immerse themselves in the city\u2019s lively social scene. They are among a number of Airbnb properties across Liverpool owned and operated by Craig Passey.<\/p>\n

The cabin and caravan are not new additions to the area, having previously been owned by neighbouring bar Hippie Chic. They have occupied their current home since 2020.<\/p>\n

However, Craig, 37, from Mossley Hill<\/a>, told the ECHO<\/a> that both properties have recently relaunched following a massive refurbishment. He said: \u201cI\u2019ve got the cabin and the caravan, and I\u2019ve got about 15 apartments in the city centre. My journey with them all started really because I knew people who were already doing it, and so I had quite a few contacts in the industry. It all started rolling from there.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve carried out extensive work on both the cabin and the caravan. I think I\u2019ve spent around \u00a330,000 on them to get them up to a proper compliance standard. Everything\u2019s been upgraded – painted, fire-coated, everything.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s got everything there. They\u2019ve got everything you\u2019d need in a household flat. Given the location, it\u2019s ideal for weekends if someone\u2019s going out in the city centre. It\u2019s quite loud on weekends, which all guests are fully aware of before they book – it\u2019s all on our listings regarding noise.<\/p>\n

\u201cEarplugs are provided too – good-quality disposable ones. But from Monday to Thursday it\u2019s fairly quiet, so it\u2019s a double-edged sword really.\u201d<\/p>\n

The newly refurbished sites have been reopened for around six weeks now, with Craig claiming most weeks are fully booked. The response has been so great, that Craig has much bigger plans for the longer term.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cIf there\u2019s any more land available that we can lease in Cains Brewery Village, we\u2019d hopefully like to grow and add more cabins – almost like a glamping village. It would be subject to planning permission, of course, but it would be cool to have our own base there.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s hopefully the end goal, but it depends on other venues on site terminating their leases. If it happens, it happens, but for now, we are going to make the most of the Baltic Triangle train station and the work surrounding it. There\u2019ll be a lot more foot traffic with it.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the week, Craig said it is usually priced at around \u00a3100 per night<\/a>. On weekends, depending on what\u2019s on, he said it can be around \u00a3300 on a Saturday for the cabin and \u00a3400 for the caravan.<\/a><\/p>\n
