Amenities are set to include a bar and restaurant, as well as a grab-and-go option, a MICE conference centre, and a gym.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Zeichhardt, VP development for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at <a href=\"https:\/\/servicedapartmentnews.com\/?s=Marriott\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Marriott<\/a>, said: \u201cGermany remains a priority growth market for Marriott International, and the signing of Element by Marriott Munich Unterf\u00f6hring reflects our continued confidence in the depth of the country and the ongoing demand we are seeing for accommodation in the extended-stay segment.\u00a0 We look forward to working with Betriebs- und Service GmbH to introduce the brand\u2019s signature attributes and long-stay experience to travellers in one of the country\u2019s key business hubs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Thies, CEO of Betriebs- und Service GmbH and co-owner of the property, added: \u201cOur vision is to create a location that sets new standards for long-stay hospitality in Germany \u2013 a place where every guest enjoys space, comfort, and flexibility and, whether staying for days or months, experiences a true \u2018home-away-from-home\u2019 with first-class service.
