The minority shareholder has vented his anger over the full-time scenes at Celtic Park<\/p>\n

Hearts investor Tony Bloom <\/p>\n

Angry Tony Bloom<\/a> claims “one or two” Hearts players were “assaulted” during the pitch invasion at Celtic Park.<\/p>\n

There was heartbreak for the Jambos as Martin O’Neill steered the Hoops to a fifth title in a row in a 3-1 win <\/a>in the final day shoot-out for the Premiership trophy – with Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand<\/a> netting the decisive strikes late in the game.<\/p>\n

But there were wild scenes before the full-time whistle, after substitute Osmand scored the third goal in injury time to seal the victory.<\/p>\n

That sparked a pitch invasion by some of the jubilant home crowd who raced onto the Celtic<\/a> Park turf – with Hearts players escorted down the tunnel to safety with seconds still remaining on the clock.<\/p>\n

Celtic, Hearts and the SPFL have all condemned the ugly scenes that brought an enthralling title race to a close but Hoops boss O’Neill said claims that the scenes had embarrassed Scottish football were “nonsense”.<\/p>\n

Tynecastle investor Bloom has now lifted the lid on his view of the shameful scenes as he hit out at the “unacceptable behaviour”.<\/p>\n

He told talkSPORT: “Well, the final whistle hadn’t gone so no supporter should be on the pitch. The Hearts players were in danger, one or two got assaulted. It’s completely unacceptable behaviour.<\/p>\n

“The authorities will be looking at it, and I don’t want to say any more about that. I just want to say how tremendous the players have been all season long. They were absolutely on the floor, devastated, like all of us, but we must come back stronger.”<\/p>\n

The title slipped away from Hearts in the final seconds of the season – when a draw would have been enough on the final day of the campaign to secure the clubs first title in 66 years.<\/p>\n

But Bloom has vowed the club will come back stronger from the painful end to the season.<\/p>\n

He said: “For anyone involved with Hearts it was a devastating weekend. The last 10 days of the season, so much happened. However, we must look forward. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.<\/p>\n

“The Hearts fans are absolutely fantastic, and we will be back next season with a bang. We want to be competing to win the league every single season that we possibly can.”<\/p>\n
