Nutritional biochemist Dr Libby Weaver and My Food Bag co-founder Nadia Lim<br \/>\n         told Herald NOW\u2019s Ryan Bridge the fix isn\u2019t another hack or supplement, it\u2019s getting back to basics. Through My Food Bag\u2019s Fresh Start programme, they\u2019re cutting through the noise with simple, whole-food meals that do the thinking for you. Lim says it\u2019s all about removing \u201cmental admin\u201d, because unless people are given the tools and support to put it into practice and make it easy, they don\u2019t do it.
