Leeds United will no doubt be needing a striker in the summer transfer window.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Joel Piroe<\/a> had a solid campaign, winning the Championship golden boot, but the Premier League<\/a> is a whole different ball game.<\/p>\n

Adding to this, the Dutchman showed inconsistency towards the back end of the season for Leeds<\/a>, going nine games without scoring.<\/p>\n

This opens up the conversation of adding a new striker for Daniel Farke<\/a> in a bid to stay in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

There have been names for a new number nine circling, with Jamie Vardy not welcomed by Leeds fans<\/a>, but the Whites faithful would definitely welcome back this former player.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s clear Farke needs to add improvements to the squad, otherwise it will be a long season for the Whites.<\/p>\n

With the 49ers providing \u00a3100m+<\/a>, the Leeds boss should look to fork out a large chunk of this on a new number nine who is known for goalscoring.<\/p>\n

At the moment, Leeds could sign goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher for \u00a340m<\/a>, which wouldn\u2019t be the direction to go in if Farke wants success.<\/p>\n

But Leeds hero Jermaine Beckford<\/a> has offered his services as he talked about what Leeds need to do this summer.<\/p>\n

Speaking to The Leeds United View, Beckford claimed he would join \u2018for free\u2019 but gave an honest answer on what Farke must do.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s about bringing in the players for the right price,\u201d Beckford said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we can get one or two cheeky loan deals, similar to what we had with (Manor) Solomon and (Joe) Rodon. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m also available! I\u2019ll go for free.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Loan deals could be the strategy for Leeds and Farke<\/p>\n

The 49ers will want to spend aggressively<\/a>, but they will also want to be sustainable.<\/p>\n

To do this, they will have to improve the squad by bringing in the right talent for the right price as Beckford said.<\/p>\n

Although there is a \u00a3100m transfer kitty, Farke should look into what has worked so well for him previously. Loan deals.<\/p>\n

An example of a loan move that could work is Kalvin Phillips returning to Leeds<\/a>, as, instead of a permanent move, which will spend needless money, a loan will work for all parties.<\/p>\n
