Three lanes are blocked between junction 15 and junction 17 in Bury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">This is due to a collision between junction 15 Swinton Interchange and junction 17 Bury New Road. Traffic cameras show congestion building in the area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">There are delays of 30 minutes and three miles of congestion is expected, reports National Highways: North West.
