They have now been given permission by council planners to \u2018reimagine the iconic Grade II-listed\u2019 site into what they describe as a \u2018<a aria-label=\"best-in-class workplace and cultural destinationLink opens in a new tab.\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/whats-on\/how-iconic-bristol-site-could-10770425\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_blank\">best-in-class workplace and cultural destination<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">All three buildings that were sold by Lloyds back in 2024 are included &#8211; the \u2018crescent\u2019, \u2018circle\u2019 and \u2018link\u2019 buildings, and the plans were approved by council officers late last week without going before councillors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">\u201cThe ambitious redevelopment will see the former Canons House building re-positioned as a vibrant, mixed-use campus, delivering 197,000 sq ft of high-quality workspace alongside industry-leading amenities, cultural spaces and public-facing destinations,\u201d a spokesperson for the developers, Kinrise and Mactaggar Family &amp;
