\n\tBob Odenkirk<\/a> is likely to need a vacation after his vacation, as seen in the first trailer for the action sequel film Nobody<\/a> 2. <\/p>\n

\n\tUniversal Pictures<\/a> releases director Timo Tjahjanto\u2019s feature in theaters Aug. 15. Sharon Stone<\/a>, Colin Hanks<\/a> and John Ortiz are new to the franchise and join returning castmembers Odenkirk, Connie Nielsen<\/a>, RZA, Michael Ironside, Colin Salmon, Billy MacLellan, Gage Munroe, Paisley Cadorath and Christopher Lloyd.<\/p>\n

\n\tNobody 2<\/a> sees Odenkirk reprise his role as Hutch Mansell, a father and husband who is also a hard-working assassin. After agreeing to take wife Becca (Nielsen) and their kids on a summer getaway to a theme park, he finds himself the target of a corrupt sheriff (Hanks) and a vicious crime boss (Stone). <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019ve come to terms with the fact that you don\u2019t have an average job,\u201d Nielsen tells Odenkirk in the trailer. \u201cBut we haven\u2019t seen you in months, and summer break\u2019s just a few days away.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLater, Stone makes it clear that she\u2019s on a mission to track down Odenkirk. \u201cFind this nobody,\u201d she demands. \u201cScorched earth.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe trailer ends with Odenkirk in the process of pummeling a foe and explaining why he\u2019s upset to be busy with his day job: \u201cI told you, I\u2019m on fucking vacation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFeatured prominently in the trailer is Lindsey Buckingham\u2019s 1983 song \u201cHoliday Road,\u201d which has been used in Warner Bros.\u2019 National Lampoon\u2019s Vacation and its sequels.<\/p>\n

\n\tTjahjanto helmed Nobody 2 from a script credited to Derek Kolstad \u2014 who penned the first film \u2014 and Aaron Rabin. Odenkirk, Kelly McCormick, David Leitch, Marc Provissiero and Braden Aftergood serve as producers on the sequel. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe release of director Ilya Naishuller\u2019s original Nobody film was delayed amid the pandemic before eventually hitting theaters in March of 2021.
