Getty Images for LACMA<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_13-0\">She said she\u2019d reply, \u201cI can get up whatever time you want, but my face doesn\u2019t wake up until 9:00, so just don\u2019t plan any closeups or anything.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Crawford recalled that when she was on camera at the time, she\u2019d notice her \u201ceyes just weren\u2019t quite as perky as they once were.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 90s icon also said makeup artists would \u201chave to pick up\u201d her eyelids when they were doing glam on her because of her condition.<\/p>\n<p>Crawford (seen above at the 2026 WWD Style Awards) said she noticed ten years ago that her eyes \u201cweren\u2019t as perky as they once were.\u201d WWD via Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Crawford (pictured above at an event in Los Angeles on May 20) also said makeup artists had trouble working on her because of the condition. So I tried it,\u201d she explained. <\/p>\n<p>Crawford said she now uses the eye drops everyday usually around 9:30 AM.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s [one of] those little things we can do to feel like the best version of ourselves,\u201d she told People. \u201cAnd, when women feel more confident, they present themselves in the world in a more confident way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Crawford (seen above at the Tom Ford Fall 2016 fashion show) said it wasn\u2019t until two years ago that her dermatologist told her about Upneeq eye drops to help treat her condition. FilmMagic<\/p>\n<p>Blepharoptosis usually happens when the levator muscle \u2014 the muscle that lifts your eyelid\u00a0\u2014 doesn\u2019t work properly, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/diseases\/14418-ptosis-droopy-eyelid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the Cleveland Clinic.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The condition can limit vision or block it completely, depending on how much the eyelid droops. Treatment options include eye drops or surgery.<\/p>\n<p>Crawford confirmed her eye drops work in less than five minutes and\u00a0activate the levator muscle, which makes her eyes more visible for up to eight hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe thing I love about Upneeq is it\u2019s not a big commitment,\u201d she said. \u201cYou\u2019re not going under the knife.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Crawford (pictured above at the Gucci Mansion on May 16) noted the Upneeq eye drops are \u201cnot a big commitment.\u201d  Getty Images for Gucci<\/p>\n<p>Crawford (pictured above in 2016) also said the eye drops help her feel like \u201cthe best version\u201d of herself. I think that\u2019s my biggest change in how I approach beauty,\u201d she explained. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just want to feel like the best version of me,\u201d Crawford continued. \u201cI don\u2019t want to look tired.
