It’s reported that she opts for healthier alternatives like raw fruits over processed sweets, with goji berries being a particular favourite. Originating from China, this fruit can be enjoyed in various forms – raw, dried, or cooked. Some people choose to incorporate this powerful superfood into smoothies alongside other nutritious fruits and vegetables.<\/p>\n
