Superb start to the season at Newton Abbot Racecourse<\/p>\n
The fine spring weather is having a superb impact on the early-season meetings at Newton Abbot Racecourse, with crowds up significantly from this time last year.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s been a really encouraging start to the season,\u201d said Newton Races CEO John Baker. \u201cWe have been lucky with the weather so far and obviously hope that can continue.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere has been a real buzz about the place and we couldn\u2019t be more pleased with how the season has started.\u201d<\/p>\n
On May 28 at Newton Races, Clear Sky Publishing is proud to introduce A Question of Racing, sponsored by Wollens. Based on the TV show, sporting celebrities will test their knowledge in front of a live audience.<\/p>\n
Our first confirmed contestant is acclaimed trainer Johnson White, who alongside Phillip Hobbs, has enjoyed amazing success on courses across the country. More celebrities to be revealed next week\u2026<\/p>\n
