Most modern smartphones have big screens, fast processors, and excellent cameras. One thing they don\u2019t usually have? Headphone jacks. That\u2019s a feature that\u2019s still common on budget phones and some mid-range models, but most premium phone makers have gone all-in on wireless audio (or USB-C dongles).<\/p>\n
Sony\u2019s latest flagship bucks the trend. Not only does it have a headphone jack, but the Sony Xperia 1 VII<\/a> also borrows a bunch of high-end audio features from Sony\u2019s Walkman family. It also borrows from the company\u2019s TV lineup with a BRAVIA-powered display and other premium features. But it\u2019s an expensive phone that\u2019s up for pre-order for \u20ac1,499 ($1680) in Europe or\u00a0\u00a31,399 ($1860) and up in the UK.
