<\/p>\nA deal to take the former Celtic youngster to Tynecastle is understood to be close as Derek McInnes’ recruitment drive continues<\/p>\n
Falkirk’s Calvin Miller in action<\/p>\n
Calvin Miller could complete his move to Hearts<\/a> within the next 48 hours.<\/p>\n The Jambos have had the Falkirk<\/a> wide man on their shortlist of signings since the turn of the year.<\/p>\n And now the Scottish Sun<\/a> claims that the 28-year-old is expected to make the switch to Tynecastle in the next couple of days.<\/p>\n Derek McInnes<\/a> is tooling up for another title challenge, with the capital club also having European football to contend with after an agonising second placed finish last term.<\/p>\n And Miller is set to become their third signing of the summer, with Josh McPake and MJ Kamson-Kamara already confirmed on pre-contract agreements.<\/p>\n Hearts are keen to beef up their wide options and Miller, along with McPake, Alexandros Kyziridis, Sabah Kerjota and Islam Chesnokov will ensure they are well stocked.<\/p>\n There is interest in Chesnokov from his homeland Kazakhstan so it remains to be seen if he will still be a Hearts player next season.<\/p>\n But it’s looking increasingly likely that Miller will be.<\/p>\n The Jambos are also in talks with French third tier outfit Rouen over a deal for powerhouse forward Amadou Ba-Sy<\/a>.<\/p>\n He was also a target in January but the clubs couldn’t agree on a fee.<\/p>\n He could be joined in Gorgie by former National Championnat rival Tom Renaud.<\/p>\n A deal for the French midfielder is thought to be done, with the club still to announce his capture from Versailles FC.<\/p>\n Get more Daily Record exclusives by signing up for free to Google\u2019s preferred sources<\/strong>.
