A Russian attack on the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa killed three people and wounded three others on Wednesday, regional authorities said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe enemy has attacked the city again,\u201d Sergiy Lysak, head of the Odesa military administration, said on Telegram, adding that the attack hit residential buildings.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs things stand, three people are known to have been killed as a result of the enemy attack,\u201d Lysak said in an update, adding that three others were hospitalised.<\/p>\n

Russian attacks on a merchant vessel in southern Ukraine and two other ships in the Black Sea on Tuesday killed three people, including one ship\u2019s captain, according to a senior Ukrainian official.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn the evening, the enemy launched a new attack on port infrastructure in the Odesa region. During the attack, an enemy drone struck a civilian ship flying the flag of the Marshall Islands,\u201d said the head of the region\u2019s military administration, Oleh Kiper.<\/p>\n
\u201cA fire broke out on board. Unfortunately, two people were killed,\u201d he said on Telegram.<\/p>\n
Earlier, Kiper said two merchant ships, Tanzanian- and Liberian-flagged and sailing in the Black Sea, had also been hit.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs a result… the captain of one of the ships was killed,\u201d he said, adding that the remaining crew of 11 had been evacuated, of whom three were wounded.<\/p>\n
Kiper said the ships targeted in the Black Sea were sailing along corridors designated for the export of Ukrainian grain.<\/p>\n
\u201cEach of these cynical enemy strikes constitutes a war crime against peaceful populations, civilian shipping, and global food security,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Russian forces have repeatedly targeted Ukraine\u2019s port infrastructure, with the Odesa region remaining a frequent focus of attacks.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces have intensified strikes on vessels operating in the Sea of Azov, a key route for Russian agricultural exports and a vital supply corridor to Russian-occupied Crimea.<\/p>\n
