Their use has significantly influenced combat tactics, while the development of unmanned systems remains one of the priorities of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

This was stated by Captain Anton Bobrovskyi, commander of the company for training unmanned systems specialists at the 199th Training Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces. According to him, since their introduction into military units, FPV drones have become an effective tool for striking specific targets.

Since FPVs entered service, they have become an advanced means of delivering precision strikes. This trend will continue in the future

– Anton Bobrovskyi

Ukrainian bomber drones are ahead of the enemy

Anton Bobrovskyi noted that Russian forces fear Ukrainian bomber drones. He believes that Ukrainian units have a significant advantage in the use of such unmanned aircraft and in the development of the relevant technologies.

The enemy is very afraid of our bombers. It may seem like simple technology, but we have advanced so far in this area that when they come across one of our systems, they do not even know what to do with it. We surpass the enemy many times over in bomber drones

– Anton Bobrovskyi

Unmanned systems are changing the rules of war

The serviceman emphasized that Russia is also actively deploying unmanned systems on the battlefield, and Ukraine’s Defense Forces analyze and take the enemy’s experience into account. At the same time, in Bobrovskyi’s assessment, it was Ukrainian defenders and Ukrainian society that helped shape the key trends in the use of drones in modern warfare.

When we talk about an advantage, it does not mean that the enemy does not have these capabilities [unmanned systems – ed.]. They also use unmanned systems effectively, and there is much we learn from them. But it was Ukraine’s Defense Forces and the Ukrainian people who set these trends. We changed the rules of the game on the battlefield by taking the lead, which we continue to hold. No matter how the enemy tries to spread information through propaganda about its supposed advantage, it has real problems supplying unmanned systems. By contrast, we are in a better position here

– Anton Bobrovskyi

Previously, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that new Ukrainian drones would be capable of striking targets at distances of more than 3,000 kilometers. The development of FPV drones, bomber drones, and other unmanned systems remains an important component of strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities.

A Ukrainian commander describes a rapidly evolving battlefield where familiar-looking drones can leave Russian forces unsure how to…

[3
9743,9744,4213,9742,82,2301,9745
post-27234","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-news","tag-battlefield-technology","tag-drone-bombers","tag-fpv-drones","tag-fpv-drones-ukrainian-military-drones-drone-bombers-precision-strikes-battlefield-technology","tag-news","tag-precision-strikes","tag-ukrainian-military-drones
["GET
