The first direction is\u00a0to\u00a0bring forward part of\u00a0the European loan currently planned for next year.\u201d Khmara stated.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry is\u00a0also looking beyond partners already participating in\u00a0the existing financing framework, identifying countries that have yet to\u00a0contribute or\u00a0could increase their current commitments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnother direction is\u00a0working with countries that have not yet joined this financing framework or\u00a0that could increase their contributions.
