Parallel Loop, a software development startup positioning itself as an enterprise AI operating partner, has raised $6.6 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital as it formally launches its business to help enterprises integrate AI into their existing technology systems, workflows and operations.
The funding round also saw participation from Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures, Economic Development Innovations Singapore, Paytm founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah, Philip Yeo, former chairman of Singapore’s Economic Development Board and A*STAR, and other investors.
Founded in June 2026 by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, Parallel Loop works with mid-market and large enterprises to develop AI capabilities that extend beyond individual productivity tools.
The startup has teams in Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai. It said it has a team of 30 and serves more than 10 clients across industries and markets, including Licious and Havells in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand.
Helping enterprises move beyond individual AI tools
Parallel Loop aims to address the challenges businesses face when attempting to scale AI adoption across their organisations.
While AI tools can help individuals complete tasks more efficiently, integrating the technology across an enterprise requires access to organisational knowledge, existing systems, business rules and operational processes.
Much of this information is spread across different software platforms, emails, meetings, messaging tools and individual teams, making it difficult for companies to incorporate AI into their day-to-day operations.
“Intelligence has become abundant. What many organisations lack is the context, systems and capability to turn this into tangible business outcomes,” said Prateek Jogani, co-founder of Parallel Loop.
“Parallel Loop addresses that gap by helping our clients build capability and scale AI to transform the way they operate and achieve their most ambitious goals,” he said.
It seeks to address this challenge by connecting AI systems with the information and processes that businesses already use, allowing them to develop applications and automate workflows without replacing their entire technology infrastructure.
How Parallel Loop’s AI platform works
Parallel Loop combines its AI technology platform with forward-deployed engineers who work directly alongside client teams to integrate existing systems, processes and organisational knowledge.
Its services are organised into three areas: AI Enablement, AI Stack and Software Factory.
Under AI Enablement, the startup works with business leaders to identify potential applications of AI, develop implementation roadmaps and build internal capabilities to support adoption.
Its AI Stack provides a secure, governed and modular platform designed to connect existing enterprise systems with organisational context. According to the startup, the platform supports applications ranging from real-time dashboards to end-to-end workflows that follow predefined rules.
The third offering, Software Factory, brings together forward-deployed engineers and AI agents to help businesses modernise legacy technology systems and develop new applications.
Parallel Loop said this approach can reduce the time required to develop applications while helping enterprises incorporate AI into their existing operations.
It also focuses on sovereign AI, an approach that gives enterprises greater control over where their data and AI workloads are hosted and who can access them.
According to Parallel Loop, its AI Stack can operate within a client’s own cloud infrastructure or on-premises, with data residency configured according to individual business requirements.
The platform supports multiple AI model providers, including open-weight models, allowing businesses to avoid dependence on a single provider.
It also maintains an audit trail covering prompts, responses, changes to organisational context and actions performed through the platform. Clients retain ownership of their data, organisational knowledge and client-specific work developed for them.
Havells among early enterprise clients
Parallel Loop has highlighted its work with electrical equipment maker Havells as an example of how its platform is being used within large organisations.
According to Pramod Mundra, President and CIO at Havells India Limited, several hundred employees across the organisation use Parallel Loop for workflows, automation and dashboards.
“Work that used to sit in legacy systems and old reporting tools now starts with a simple question in chat,” he said.
Mundra said Havells is also using the platform to modernise collaboration between its sales teams, channel partners and influencers.
It aims to use AI-powered insights to help employees access information more easily and improve how they serve customers and consumers.
Investors back enterprise AI adoption strategy
The seed investment comes as Parallel Loop seeks to expand its enterprise AI offering across industries and geographies.
Anurag Ramdasan, Partner at 3one4 Capital, said businesses face growing complexity across their technology systems and processes, making AI adoption a challenge that requires both industry expertise and technical knowledge.
“We’re excited to partner with the Parallel Loop team and lead their seed as they prepare to scale their offering across categories and geographies!” he said.
Parallel Loop is positioning itself as an AI operating partner for enterprises seeking to modernise legacy systems, develop new applications and build long-term internal capabilities.
Its approach combines AI software with engineering and implementation support, as the startup seeks to help businesses integrate the technology into their existing operations.
