PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – A new poll shows a tight race in New York’s 21st Congressional District between Democrat Blake Gendebien and Republican Anthony Constantino.
Gendebien currently has the edge.
The poll, conducted by SurveyUSA for WNYT, shows Gendebien at 43% and Constantino at 39%. Independent candidate Christopher Schmidt is at 5%, with 13% undecided.
Gendebien and Constantino are battling for the seat held for the last dozen years by Republican Elise Stefanik, who is not running for reelection.
