SpaceX to launch Globalstar mission from Florida’s Space Coast
BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. —
SpaceX will attempt to launch the Globalstar 2-R Launch 1 mission Saturday night from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
The Falcon 9 launch from Space Launch Complex 40 is scheduled to occur during a 15-minute window that opens at 9:12 p.m., according to SpaceX.
A backup opportunity is available at 8:54 p.m. Sunday if needed.
“This will be the 14th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously supported SES O3b mPOWER-E, Crew-10, Bandwagon-3, SES O3b mPOWER-D, CRS-33, and eight Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Landing Zone 40 (LZ-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station,” SpaceX’s website states.
