Ongoing projects
1. Sherman Street, Lingco Drive reconstruction
Project: Crews in Richardson are reconstructing Sherman Street from Kaufman Street to Lingco Drive, and Lingco Drive from Sherman Street to Spring Valley Road.
Update: Pavement installation on Sherman Street is now complete. Concrete replacement is underway on the south half of Lingco Drive.

2. Allen 2026 Street and Alley Rehabilitation project
Project: The project consists of reconstruction of existing deteriorated street and alley pavement identified in a citywide pavement condition assessment survey completed in 2022.
Update: The contractor is working on completing pavement repairs at Heritage Parkway and Alma Drive.
- Timeline: Construction expected to be complete in March 2027
- Cost: $4.87 million
- Funding source: city of Allen
3. Park Boulevard concrete repair
Project: The project will complete asphalt repairs on Park Boulevard between Preston Road and Independence Parkway.
Update: Work began on the night of July 19 to repair the section of asphalt between Ohio Drive and Preston Road. Work will continue during nighttime.
- Timeline: July 10, 2026-Dec. 10, 2027
- Cost: $2.6 million
- Funding source: city of Plano
4. Dallas North Tollway extension
Project: Dallas North Tollway is being extended from US 380 in Prosper to FM 428 in Celina. A future phase will further extend the tollway from FM 428 to the Grayson County line.
Update: Bridge decks, which as the load-bearing part of the tollway, have been completed from US 380 to Light Farms Way, according to a North Texas Tollway Authority progress report.

Completed projects
5. Industrial Boulevard illumination project
Project: New median illumination was installed along Industrial Boulevard between SH 5 and Airport Drive in McKinney.
Update: Construction is complete as of July 2026 and the new lighting is operational.
