PHOENIX (KVOA) – The Arizona Supreme Court has set new rules for how officials review signatures on ballot petitions.
The high court ruled that if there is a mistake with a signature, only that line should be removed instead of the whole page from the petition.
This ruling changes how signatures are counted and could affect which measures make it to a ballot.
