San Antonio nonprofit SNIPSA has saved 27,000 animals since 2006, and it’s hoping to grow that number with a special event this Saturday.
The organization provides animal rescues and adoptions along with low-cost spay and neuter services. Additionally, it places animals into foster homes around the Alamo City. In doing so, vets and volunteers are able to learn the individual needs of each animal in their care, streamlining the adoption process by matching each animal with an ideal fur-ever home.
This Saturday, SNIPSA is inviting animal lovers to participate in the tail end of this process — adoption — by attending the ultimate puppy and kitten speed-dating event, hosted by Poppy’s Coffee House. The objective is to bring in folks to meet, greet and cuddle with a potential new family member.
