A dirt bike rider leading police on a chase through the streets of Los Angeles pulled over to get gas during the pursuit in a wild moment caught on camera.
The possibly armed suspect was seen racing around South Los Angeles before stopping at a gas station to fuel up.
The rider then hopped back on his bike and peeled away, tearing off a piece of the pump as he sped back on the street.
The suspect was also spotted holding a cellphone to his ear and scrolling through the device during the chase.

The suspect, who police believe is armed, was seen racing around South Los Angeles before stopping at a gas station to fuel up.
The biker also drove off road and into a green space, at one point passing dangerously close to pedestrians.
He was seen stopping to pick up a jug and water to pour into his bike before again tearing off.

The suspect eventually got off his bike and was cornered by police before several officers moved in to take him into custody.
