A 17-year-old boy died Wednesday after he was shot in the head on a Brooklyn street, police said.

Ahmir Jordan was struck on New Lots Ave near Miller Ave. in East New York around 8:23 p.m., according to law enforcement.

Medics rushed the teen to Brookdale Medical Center, where he died.

The gunman escaped, and there were no arrests.

Jordan lives in Bedford-Stuyvesant, about two miles from where he was killed, cops said. It wasn’t immediately clear why he was in East New York Wednesday night.

The shooting occurred just minutes before two women were stabbed about three blocks away in a separate incident at Van Siclen Ave. Stanley Ave. around 8:30 p.m., police said. The conditions of the two women were not immediately available.

The two incidents do not appear to be related, an NYPD spokesman said.

The shooting follows on the heels of multiple teens being killed or wounded by gunfire in the city this month. Most of these shootings happened in the Bronx, officials said.

On Aug. 14, a 17-year-old boy was wounded after a gunman shot him in the chest — twice — across the street from a Bronx special needs school on Prospect Ave. near Grote St. in East Tremont, cops said.

Two days earlier, Riley Billingslea, 15, was killed when a teenager shot him in the head in the Castle Arms apartment building, on Claflin Ave. near W. 197th St. in Kingsbridge, around 5:20 p.m., cops said. A 13-year-old boy also grazed by the bullet in that shooting said he was saved by his cell phone — the bullet ricocheting off the device in his hands after it exited his friend’s head.

As of Wednesday, there were no arrests in that fatal shooting, cops said.

Just one day earlier, on Aug. 11, a 17-year-old was shot in his head on E. 228th St. near Bronxwood Ave. in Wakefield by a teen gunman spotted fleeing the scene on an e-bike just before 7 p.m., police said.

Medics rushed him to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition.

And on Aug. 10, John Nunez, 16, was killed when a firearm he and a friend were playing with went off inside a house on Prospect Ave. near E.169th St. around 5:10 a.m., cops said. He died at the scene. The victim’s 18-year-old friend was questioned by cops, but not immediately charged.
