TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Viewers who receive WIBW-TV’s signal over-the-air are likely seeing interruptions Thursday morning.
We are in the midst of FCC-required maintenance on our tower. The work requires turning off the power for a short time for the safety of crew members.
Crews expect to restore at least partial power by 11 a.m. with full power back by noon or shortly after.
