Philadelphia police identify masked man wanted for Center City incidents
PHILADELPHIA —
Philadelphia police have identified 22-year-old Zy-Meer Hughes as the masked man accused of terrorizing people in Center City during the early morning hours of last Wednesday.
Authorities said Hughes is wanted by police and may have left the state. They also said he has connections to California and Nevada.
Hughes is accused of terrorizing several people in Center City over a 15-minute span. In one instance, he allegedly confronted a woman and asked her, “Are you ready to die?”
