Measles outbreak in southern Iowa expands to 17 cases, new potential exposure location added
OTTUMWA, Iowa —
A measles outbreak in southern Iowa has expanded, with Iowa Health and Human Services confirming 17 cases, two more than the previous update.
The department has also added a new potential exposure location. Anyone who visited Sunnyside Grocery in Bloomfield on Aug. 15 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. may have been exposed to measles.
