Hundreds of tires dumped at Fairmount Park, officials say – NBC10 Philadelphia

Crews from the Parks and Recreation Department will begin cleaning up hundreds of tires dumped at Fairmount Park on Tuesday, officials said late Monday night.

According to officials, hundreds of tires were dumped at the park near Centennial Arboretum on Monday. And, whoever dumped the tires got their U-Haul stuck in the mud and then left the vehicle there.

Officials said that multiple city departments, including the police, are investigating the incident.
