State Fire Marshal investigating structure fire in Jacksonville’s Southside

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a structure fire in Jacksonville’s Southside on Windergate Drive near Old St. Augustine Road.

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department crews and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office are on scene. The Florida Highway Patrol described the response as a State Fire Marshal investigation only.

News4JAX has reached out to JFRD for more information, including whether anyone was hurt and what caused the fire.
