Food Bazaar Bronx Terminal Market Location Becomes First NYC Grocery Store to Carry the Hall of Famer’s Hot Sauce Line
Yankees legend and Baseball Hall of Famer Mariano Rivera is coming to the Bronx on Thursday, August 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Food Bazaar at Bronx Terminal Market, just steps from Yankee Stadium.
The special appearance celebrates the New York City grocery-store debut of Rivera’s Mo’s Heat hot sauce line, with Food Bazaar at Bronx Terminal Market becoming the first NYC grocery store to carry the brand.
Fans who purchase a Mo’s Heat three-pack onsite will have the opportunity to meet Mariano and take a photo with the Yankees legend. Attendees can also sample Mo’s Heat, with Rokstar Chicken serving bites of its signature chicken dressed with the sauces.
Inspired by Rivera’s upbringing in Puerto Caimito, Panama, Mo’s Heat is an officially licensed Major League Baseball hot sauce collection featuring three sauces named after his iconic pitches: The Cutter, The Curve and The Sinker.
