2. Downtown McKinney scavenger hunt
Enter a full-day scavenger hunt across 13 McKinney landmarks, murals and businesses. The scavenger hunt features a $2,500 grand prize for adults and a kids scavenger hunt across separate routes.
The first clue and puzzle will start at Dr. Glenn Mitchell Memorial Park.

3. North Texas Fair & Rodeo in Denton
The North Texas Fair & Rodeo returns to Denton for its 98th year this August. The event offers a week of live country music, professional rodeo events, livestock shows, carnival rides and classic fair food.

Explore the tales of Grapevine’s haunted history and enjoy ghost stories from people who experienced local sightings. A glass of wine from Grape Vine Springs Winery is included in the tour.
