SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man is recovering in the hospital after he was stabbed at an East Side apartment complex early Thursday morning.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, it happened shortly after 3 a.m. in the 1800 block of Lamar Street near Hudson Street.
Investigators say an older man approached the victim and stabbed him in the arm. The victim ran from the building and left a trail of blood across the parking lot before he was taken to a local hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown.
Police detained the suspect, but it is unclear what led to the stabbing.
