“We are super excited to have Damani back on the staff,” Sanders said. “He gained valuable experience after he left us and it will be a smooth transition. We know him and he knows us … and he knows how we like to do things. Damani was always good with video but now he’s gained coaching experience … and that will be an asset for us. Our whole staff is happy with what he brings to the table. In this business, you want loyalty and people you trust and he fits that mold perfectly.”
Prior to Army, Myers was an assistant coach at Division III power Williams College in 2023-24. The Ephs went 23-7 overall, including a 9-1 conference mark in the NESCAC. Williams hosted the conference tournament and wound up NESCAC runnerup before rolling to the NCAA Sweet 16.

Myers earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Saint Peter’s in 2020.
Joshua Lehman rejoined the Binghamton Men’s Basketball program after serving as an assistant coach/video coordinator at St. Thomas Aquinas College (STAC) for the 2024–25 season.
At STAC, Lehman played a key role in all facets of the program, including scouting, player development, recruiting, and day-to-day operations, helping lead the Spartans to a 25–10 record.
Prior to his time at STAC, he was a student manager for the Bearcats during the 2023–24 season, contributing to team travel, practice setup, scouting, and the daily operations of the program.
Lehman earned both his bachelor’s degree in economics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Binghamton University.
