Officers responded shortly after midnight to the crash near Interstate 10 East

SAN ANTONIO – A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run crash Saturday, according to San Antonio police.
Police said the motorcyclist, a 56-year-old man, was traveling eastbound when he collided with another vehicle around midnight on Interstate 10.
The other driver did not stop to render aid, according to police.
It is unclear whether that driver will face charges. SAPD said the investigation is ongoing.
