A 24-year-old man died following a crash that occurred about 7:30 p.m. Aug. 28 near North 44th Street and East Dale Lane, Phoenix police said.
The collision involved a Chevy pickup and an Audi sedan. The truck driver, Cole Chadwick, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The preliminary investigation showed Chadwick was driving west on East Dale Lane when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with the Audi, police said.
