Police are investigating after three people were found dead and a fourth was hospitalized Monday afternoon in South Dallas.

Officers responded to a request for assistance from Dallas Fire-Rescue about 1:12 p.m. in the 2700 block of Burger Avenue, Dallas Police Department spokesman Corbin Rubinson said in a statement.

Investigators found four unconscious people, who weren’t publicly identified, at the location. Three were pronounced dead by DFR, Rubinson said, and the fourth was transported to the hospital. It remains unclear what condition the individual is in.

Rubinson said the investigation into the manner and circumstances of the deaths is ongoing.

No further details were immediately available.
