The newly constructed 136,346-square-foot industrial warehouse sits on eight acres and was purchased by a long-term MIG client in the entertainment/logistics business, which will utilize the space for its new corporate HQ distribution facility.
Among the features of the property are two levels of high-quality industrial space, including an 86,706-square-foot first level and a 49,640-square-foot ground level.
