Jacksonville – Girls in Aviation Day Jacksonville, coordinated through the Women in Aviation International Jacksonville Chapter, is dedicated to introducing girls and families to the many pathways available in aviation and aerospace. The event brings the community together through hands-on activities, aircraft displays, career resources, and opportunities to meet women working as pilots, mechanics, air traffic controllers, engineers, airport professionals, and more.
Girls in Aviation Day will take place **Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at Sheltair Jacksonville**, and families are encouraged to come explore the industry, ask questions, and discover how to get started presented by Kryshana Moody.
