Two was the lucky number tonight after a pair of West Aussies snagged a life-changing $2.22 million each from the super Saturday Lotto draw.
With an eye-watering $20m on offer punters raced to secure their tickets, and a staggering nine of them have struck gold.
Each winner will take home $2.22m for their efforts, with two residing west and the others hailing from South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.
The winning WA tickets were purchased from West Busselton News & Post and Eaton Fair Lottery Centre & News.
The all-important numbers from draw #4709 were 40, 27, 17, 43, 5 and 38. While the supplementary numbers were 2 and 39.
Lotterywest spokesperson Jennie Fitzhardinge can’t wait to meet the new millionaires.
“WA is celebrating a fantastic result tonight with two new WA multi-millionaires,” she said.
“Tonight’s result brings WA’s division one winner tally across all Lotto games to 63 for 2026, with these players sharing in more than $109 million in division one prizes.
“We look forward to welcoming tonight’s winners into the Lotterywest Winners Room to hear how they will celebrate this incredible prize.”
The last time Saturday’s division one pot was this high it was also claimed by nine Aussies back in July.
Division two spelt success for a whopping 117 punters who will pocket $9877.20 to top up their kitty.
Struck out? Next week’s Saturday Lotto draw has $10m up for grabs which is no small prize to scoff at.
