Alive Credit Union is in review for tenant build-out at 532 Riverside Ave., in the Florida Blue Riverside Office Complex in the Brooklyn area of Downtown.

The city is looking at plans for interior renovations within a small area near the main entrance of the 56,864-square-foot ground floor.

Danis Builders LLC is the contractor for the estimated $158,952 project. Hoefer Welker is the architect.

Alive Credit Union’s home office is at 9790 Touchton Road off Southside Boulevard. Its website shows eight more offices comprising seven in Jacksonville and one in Hammond, Louisiana.

Three of the offices are within healthcare centers at Ascension St. Vincent’s in Riverside, Baptist Health on the Southbank and UF Health Jacksonville in Springfield.

Plans show the credit union will be built-out near the Baptist Primary Care Brooklyn Family Medicine office within the building.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is moving its headquarters and offices into the tower. Plans indicate the work is in the garage and on 11 floors of the 22-story structure.

The city issued permits July 24 for two “Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office” and badge signs on the 532 Riverside Ave. office complex, which comprises a 22-story tower and a connected 10-story building.
