LanCarte Commercial Real Estate has announced the successful closing of two major industrial property transactions in North Texas.
The firm recently brokered the sale of a 100-acre industrial development site in Weatherford representing both the buyer and seller. Located at the intersection of South Main Street and Old Airport Road, the tract was sold by Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Darren Cain and Sarah LanCarte of LanCarte Commercial represented the seller, while Mark Boone of LanCarte represented the buyer.
Parker County is the fourth fastest-growing county in Texas. The buyer plans to transform the property into a modern industrial development, according to a press release.
“This is a unique opportunity for development in Parker County,” said Boone. “We’re excited to see this site … help drive the future growth of Weatherford.”
In a separate transaction, LanCarte Commercial also brokered the sale of 138 Leopard Road, a 150,000-square-foot industrial flex property in Rhome. Boone and LanCarte represented the seller. The deal further advances the growth of the 114 Industrial Park, now home to Valor Steel, Texas Truck Doctor, HASA, Northwest ISD, Bulldog Services, Red River Tea, and Spartan Group.
“This sale is a strong signal that Rhome is quickly becoming one of North Texas’ premier industrial submarkets,” said Boone.
