Hoot-owl restrictions have been lifted for parts of the Madison and Beaverhead rivers.

On the Beaverhead River, restrictions are lifted from Clark Canyon Dam to Pipe Organ Fishing Access Site.

On the Madison River, restrictions are lifted from the Warm Springs Boat Launch to the confluence with the Jefferson River.

Hoot-owl restrictions were put in place because of warm water temperatures.

Drought-related fishing restrictions are still in effect for portions of the Beaverhead and Big Hole rivers.
