LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man U.S. marshals say terrorized people in Philadelphia and was arrested in Las Vegas is no longer in LVMPD’s custody.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to FOX5 Zymire Hughes, 22, is no longer in their custody. Philadelphia court documents show Hughes is back in Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility since Tuesday.
He was wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department for aggravated assault. He is due for an early bail review on Friday and a preliminary hearing Sept. 22.

LVMPD previously released video showing Hughes’s arrest.
U.S. Marshals took him into custody at an apartment complex along Boulder Highway.
Hughes is accused of terrorizing bystanders and disrupting the peace in Philadelphia’s downtown area while wearing a “Chucky” mask.
