Authorities Thursday asked for the public’s help in tracking down a driver who fired his gun at another vehicle while driving a freeway in Glendora.
The shooting was reported at 10:25 p.m. on Wednesday on the 57 Freeway south of the 210 Freeway, the California Highway Patrol said.
Once officers responded to the call, they found the victim’s car had a bullet hole in the right rear passenger door. A spent round was also found inside the passenger-side compartment.
Investigators believe the male shooter, who opened fire from the driver’s side, drove a silver sedan and wore a white hat.
The motive for the shooting was not immediately clear.
Anyone with information regarding the shooting was urged to call the CHP Baldwin Park office at 626-517-8500
