HOUSTON – Houston Police are at the scene of a fatal shouting at an apartment complex on the south side of town.
According to HPD, the shooting happened at a complex in the 3500 block of N. MacGregor Way.
When officers arrived, they found a man dead with a gunshot wound inside an apartment.
HPD homicide investigators are en route to a fatal shooting in the 3500 block of N MacGregor Way after a male was found with gunshot wounds.

Lt. Larry Crowson with HPD said according to witnesses, there had been two men arguing out in the parking lot and it moved inside the apartment. At that point, one of the men shot the other one before fleeing.
Police said there was another man and woman along with a 10-year-old and 2-year-old child inside the apartment when the shooting happened. They are all ok and gave statements to police about what they saw.
Crowson said they were told two men had been seen leaving the apartment in a silver sedan and they believe they may possibly be involved. They are searching for the men.
