Angel Reese is one of the most fashionable stars in the WNBA. Fashion is more than just putting together an outfit. For Reese, it’s a way to make a statement, and the Chicago Sky forward never misses a beat in making those statements.
It’s not just the clothes that become Reese’s tool for turning everyone’s eyes. She also puts together the right and often super-expensive accessories to complement her dress. Recently, she was seen with a $2600 Gucci accessory.
In the picture, she was seen carrying a Gucci Giglio Large Tote Bag. As per the Lux Afrique Boutique:
“Unveiled during the Cruise 2026 fashion show in Florence, Gucci Giglio is a tribute to the House’s Italian roots, and the spirit of continuity and reinvention. Crafted in GG canvas, this capacious tote features the Web trim, and is complete with a detachable pouch.”
The dress that she wore that day was a mocha monochrome fit, and yes, it was Gucci. When Reese originally uploaded the pictures on her Instagram account, she captioned the post:
“Don’t worry about me… life is GUCCI @gucci #guccipartner.”
With the money flowing in through the WNBA, brand endorsements, and personal ventures, Reese is making good use of it to show her style. Over the last year, Reese has helped turn the tunnel into a runway.
We often get to see WNBA stars show up for games wearing some of the most expensive and brilliantly curated outfits. It’s already been considered a movement in changing the image of WNBA stars. And needless to say, Reese has been at the forefront of that movement from the beginning.
Angel Reese revealed the best fashion advice she ever received
Fashion and basketball go hand in hand for the Sky star. Reese has a strong following on social media, and her fashion sense only helps grow her audience. The 23-year-old is more than capable of putting together the trendiest outfit, but she has reached this level by taking advice from people.
During an exclusive interview with Fast Company, she revealed the best piece of fashion advice she ever received. Reese got that advice from Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach.
“Be confident in your skin.’ Law Roach told me before, ‘don’t care what anybody else has to say,’” Reese said about Roach’s advice to her. “As long as you’re confident in it and you feel good in it… It’s aura. You have to have aura.”
Reese’s aura, especially during her off-court appearances, is undeniable. That’s one of the reasons why she has been able to establish herself on and off the court at such a young age.
