SAN ANTONIO – A late-night fire broke out at a commercial building on the city’s South Side.
The incident occurred late Saturday night, around 11:49 p.m., at the corner of South Flores Street and Truax.
According to the San Antonio Fire Department (SAFD), after the fire broke out, it was quickly contained to one area of the building, and crews quickly extinguished the flames, preventing further damage.
No injuries were reported, and the building sustained only minor damage. SAFD says an electrical issue with a rooftop AC may have sparked the fire.
